Orange fluff

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 2 oz
• boiling water
• can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
• cold milk - 1 c
• whipping cream, whipped - 1 c
• cans Mandarin oranges, drained - 2 oz
• can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed - 1 oz

How to make orange fluff:

Dissolve orange Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in orange juice. Add undrained pineapple. Mix well. Chill until partially set. Stir in Mandarin oranges. Pour into serving bowl. Chill until set. Combine pudding mix and milk in bowl; beat well. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over top of congealed Jell-O mixture. Chill until serving time. Makes 12 servings.
