  • chopped pecans - 3/4 c
  • buttermilk - 2 c
  • orange Jell-O
  • small tub Cool Whip - 1 item
  • small can crushed pineapple in syrup - 1 item

How to make orange fluff:

Pour Jell-O and pineapple (do not drain) into medium saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring. Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool (15 to 20 minutes). Stir in buttermilk and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip. (A wire whip works well for this.) Pour into a pretty glass bowl or casserole and chill until firm.
