- dry onion soup - 1 pkg

- jar Russian dressing - 1/3 item
- orange preserves - 1/3 lb
How to make orange chicken:
Season chicken well with salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Mix together orange preserves, Russian dressing and package of dry onion soup. Cook mixture for 5 minutes. Pour mixture over the chicken and bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until golden brown. (Uncover chicken for last 20 minutes.) Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Low sodium, Low fat.
