  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • pecans - 1 c
  • orange juice
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • box vanilla instant pudding - 1 item
  • orange juice * - 1 c

How to make orange cake:

Glaze:3/4 c. orange juice1 c. sugar1 stick margarine *Minute Maid or fresh squeezed is best.

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix ingredients together, except for pecans. Place pecans in bottom of well-greased and floured Bundt pan. Add cake batter. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven. Leave in pan and mix Glaze. Pour Glaze over cake while still in pan. Let set for 30 to 45 minutes and pour onto cake plate.
