Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- oleo - 6 Tbsp
- cans Mandarin oranges, drained - 2 item
How to make orange cake:
Frosting:1 1/2 c. brown sugar6 Tbsp. oleo6 Tbsp. milk Beat flour, sugar, eggs, baking soda, baking powder, oranges, vanilla, and salt for 3 minutes. Add nuts. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.Frosting- bring to a boil: brown sugar, oleo and milk. Pour over cake when cake is almost cool. Poke holes in cake so that frosting soaks in.
