  • eggs - 4 item
  • water - 3/4 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • powdered sugar
  • orange juice - 1/2 c
  • lemon extract - 1 tsp
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • box lemon jello instant pudding - 1 item

How to make orange cake:

Icing:2 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. melted butter1/2 c. orange juice Mix and beat as any cake batter. Bake 35 minutes in 350° oven in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Beat the icing ingredients together thoroughly. Punch holes in cake; spread icing over cake. The icing will penetrate the cake. Put cake back in oven for 5 minutes. Better if made a day ahead of time.
