Ingredients/Components
- confectioners sugar
- yellow or white cake mix - 1 item
- juice and rind of 2 lemons
- juice and rind of 2 oranges
How to make orange blossoms:
Combine grated rinds and juice of 2 oranges and 2 lemons. Add confectioners sugar well and let stand. Prepare 1 package cake mix according to directions. Fill greased cupcake pans with 1 teaspoon each of batter. Bake 10 minutes at 350° or until slightly brown. Roll cakes into icing mixture, coating well. Place on wax paper.
