Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese
- onions, cooked, drained and chopped - 5 c
- self-rising flour or regular flour plus 1/2 tsp - 1/2 c
How to make onions au gratin:
Mix onions, 3 1/2 cups cheese and remaining ingredients in a 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Vegetables, Onions.
