- water - 3 c
- vinegar - 3 c
- dill - 1 item
- mustard seed - 1 item
- garlic - 1 item
- to 36 cucumbers 3 to 4 inches long - 30 item
How to make kosher dill pickles:
Make a brine of vinegar, water and salt. Bring to a boil. In a quart jar, place 1 teaspoon dill, 1/2 to 1 clove sliced garlic and 1/2 tablespoon mustard seed. Pack whole cucumbers in jars and fill with brine. Process 5 minutes in boiling waterRecipe categories: Low protein, Side dish, Vegetables.
