Ingredients/Components

  • vegetable oil - 1/3 c
  • envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
  • potatoes, cut into chunks - 2 lb

How to make onion-roasted potatoes:

Preheat oven to 450°. In large bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake or toss in bowl until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into shallow baking pan. Bake 40 minutes.
