Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
- potatoes, cut into chunks - 2 lb
How to make onion-roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. In large bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake or toss in bowl until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into shallow baking pan. Bake 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
