- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- coconut - 2/3 c
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- oatmeal - 2/3 c
- white sugar - 2/3 c
How to make oatmeal pie:
Beat eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, oatmeal, oleo, vanilla and coconut. Beat all together. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
