Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- shredded coconut - 3/4 c
- dark corn syrup - 3/4 c
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- quick cooking oatmeal - 3/4 c
- 1 stick margarine, melted - 1/4 lb
How to make oatmeal pie:
Mix together all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes until golden brown and top is firm. Serves 8.Pie may be prepared ahead and frozen before baking.
