Oatmeal peanut butter cookies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 3/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- sifted flour - 2 c
- raisins - 1 c
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- brown sugar, packed - 1 c
- quick cooking oats
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
How to make oatmeal peanut butter cookies:
Cream together butter, peanut butter and sugars until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; blend well. Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; stir into creamed mixture. Blend in oats and raisins. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake in a 350° oven for 15 minutes, or until done.
