Oatmeal drop cookies
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- water - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- packed light brown sugar - 3/4 c
- quick-cooking oats
- corn oil - 1/3 c
- egg substitute - 1/3 c
How to make oatmeal drop cookies:
Stir together first 4 ingredients. Add brown sugar and oats and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and stir vigorously until well moistened. Drop by level tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.Bake in preheated oven for 13 minutes at 350°. Remove at once and cool. Yields 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
