  • instant potato flakes - 1/2 c
  • cream of tartar - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • oleo, melted - 3/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • nuts - 1 item
  • sugar use last - 1/4 1/2

How to make german chocolate cookies:

Mix first 7 ingredients and blend. Let mixture stand 5 minutes. Drop teaspoons of mixture in sugar to coat. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Cook at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.
