Oatmeal cookies

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• granulated sugar - 1/2 c
• chopped nuts - 2 c
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• egg - 1 item
• self-rising flour - 3/4 c
• oatmeal

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Cream butter, sugars and other ingredients, adding oatmeal and nuts last. Form into a roll and wrap in wax paper. Place in freezer overnight. Slice and bake in a 350° oven for approximately 10 minutes. Makes approximately 2 1/2 dozen.
