  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 4 c
  • brown sugar - 2 c
  • butter - 2 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • bag chocolate chips - 24 oz
  • oatmeal - 5 c
  • Hershey bar, grated - 1 (8
  • chopped nuts any kind - 3 c

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Mix together all ingredients and add chocolate chips, Hershey bar and nuts. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets. Roll into golf ball sized cookies. Place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 375° for 16 minutes. Makes 112 cookies.
