Oatmeal cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 1 c
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1/2 c
• egg - 1 item
• oats

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Measure dry ingredients into bowl and mix well. Stir in oil, egg and vanilla. Mixture may seem almost dry. Form into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
