  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • peanut butter - 2 Tbsp
  • quick-cooking oats - 3 c

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Put sugar, butter, milk and peanut butter in saucepan and boil 1 minute. After it starts to boil, remove from stove and add vanilla. Add oats. Stir until all the oats are colored.

Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Cocoa and nuts may be put in, if you prefer.
