Peanut butter fingers
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 2 4
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- chocolate chips - 6 oz
- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar
- peanut butter - 1/3 c
- oatmeal - 1 c
How to make peanut butter fingers:
Icing:1/2 c. powdered sugar1/4 c. peanut butter2 to 4 Tbsp. milk Cream the butter, sugars and egg. Mix all remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips, and spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips on hot cake. Spread chips when they are melted.Icing: Mix. Drizzle on top of chocolate chips. Cut into bars when cool.
