Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • butter or margarine - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar
  • coconut - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • chocolate chips - 1 pkg
  • raisins - 1 c
  • rolled oats uncooked - 2 c

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Mix in remaining ingredients. Drop by tablespoon on greased cookie sheet; flatten out and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. (Batter will be real stiff.)
