  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • butter or margarine - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • raisins - 1 c
  • oats - 3 c
  • pecans, chopped - 1 c

How to make oatmeal raisin cookies:

Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg; add to creamed mixture. Stir in oats. Add raisins and pecans as desired. Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake at 350° until browned.
