Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- margarine or butter - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1/4 c
- quick cooking oats
- ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
How to make oatmeal cookies:
Heat oven to 375°. Mix all ingredients, except oats and flour. Stir in oats and flour. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
