  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts optional - 1 item
  • raisins optional - 1 item
  • oatmeal - 3 c
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • butter or oleo - 1 c

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Mix ingredients well and shape into 2 rolls. Place in wax paper in refrigerator. When chilled, slice and bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
