  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • firmly packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • oleo
  • raw oatmeal - 3 c

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Heat oven to 375°. Beat together oleo and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and spices. Add to mixture, mixing well. Stir in oats.
