Pecan sandies
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 c
- sugar - 1/3 c
- water - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
How to make pecan sandies:
Cream the butter and sugar. Add water and vanilla. Mix well. Blend in flour, salt and nuts. Chill for 4 hours. Shape into crescents or fingers, using about 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie.
