  • light brown sugar - 2 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • oats - 2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • coconut
  • raisins - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • vanilla - 2 Tbsp
  • applesauce - 2 Tbsp

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Preheat oven to 325°. Stir in all dry ingredients. Mix well. Add oil, eggs, vanilla and applesauce. Spoon onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
