  • evaporated milk - 1/2 c
  • corn syrup - 1 Tbsp
  • pecans or walnuts, chopped - 1 c
  • pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 (6

How to make nut clusters:

Put sugar, evaporated milk and corn syrup in heavy 2 quart saucepan. Stir over medium heat until mixture boils and is bubbly all over top. Boil and stir over medium heat 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips. Stir until completely melted. Stir in nuts. Drop by 2 teaspoons onto waxed paper. Chill until set. Makes approximately 24. Keep refrigerated.
