Cloud topped peanut butter fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- corn syrup - 1/2 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- sifted confectioners sugar - 2 c
- firm brown sugar - 1/2 c
- bag peanut butter morsels 2 c - 1 (12
How to make cloud topped peanut butter fudge:
Combine milk, sugar, salt and butter. Bring to a boil in a nonstick pan for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add morsels. Stir until melted and smooth. Spread into plastic wrap lined pan. Chill 30 minutes.While this is cooling, in another pan, combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Stir until smooth. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add confectioners sugar and nuts. Spread over the other layer. Chill until firm (2 hours). Cut into squares.
