  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • chopped nuts - 2 qt
  • butter - 1 c
  • self-rising flour - 2 c

How to make nut cake:

Preheat oven to 325°. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Sift the flour over the nuts before adding to the mixture. (I chop nuts in food processor.) Pour into greased tube pan and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
