- nuts - 1 item
- powdered sugar
- margarine - 1/2 c
- Butter Recipe yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- Topping:2 eggs
- flour if thin - 1 item
How to make norwegian coffee cake:
Topping:2 eggs1 (8 oz.) cream cheese2 1/4 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. margarine flour (if thin) nuts Mix the cake mix, margarine and eggs by hand. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Press ingredients in bottom (not sides) of pan.Blend topping in mixer. Spread on top of dough already in pan. Sprinkle with nuts and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Test with toothpick (will look soft on top).
