Norwegian apple cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- 1/2 sticks butter or margarine - 1 item
- average apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced - 5 item
How to make norwegian apple cake:
Cream the butter and sugar; add eggs and beat. Pour in pan. Add flour and baking powder; mix well. Put sliced apples in cake batter in circle or straight lines, depending on shape of cake pan. Bake 1 hour at 350°.If sour apples are used, sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar before baking.
