Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- sliced fresh mushrooms
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green onions - 2 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- cooked egg noodles - 2 c
How to make noodles romanoff:
Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter for 3 minutes. Add noodles, sour cream, onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir gently. Transfer to oiled casserole dish. Top with Parmesan and bake, covered, for 20 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pasta, Pasta, rice and grains.
