Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 oz
  • envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
  • mushroom slices - 1/4 lb
  • cooking sherry optional - 1/2 c
  • chuck beef, cut into bite-size pieces
  • egg noodles or rice - 1 item

How to make no peek casserole:

Mix all ingredients well and put into a casserole dish. Cover and bake 3 hours at 300°. Do not peek. Serve on egg noodles or rice.
