No crust coconut pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- coconut - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- all-purpose flour - 3/4 c
- stick butter - 3/4 item
- whole milk - 2 c
How to make no crust coconut pie:
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until well blended. Grease 2 (9-inch) plates. Divide mixture evenly. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 2 pies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
