No boil lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- water - 3/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- cottage cheese - 16 oz
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 oz
- grated Mozzarella cheese - 16 oz
- lasagna noodles - 8 oz
- Louis Rich ground turkey - 1 lb
How to make no boil lasagna:
Brown ground turkey; add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is transparent. Reduce heat. Add spaghetti sauce and water. In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, salt, parsley and Parmesan cheese. Preheat oven to 375°.In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer 1/3 meat sauce mixture, 1/2 uncooked noodles, 1/2 cottage cheese mixture and 1/2 Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layering, ending with meat mixture. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Let stand about 20 minutes to set.
