Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- nuts optional - 1/2 c
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- oatmeal
How to make no bake oatmeal cookies:
Mix sugar, cocoa, butter, salt and milk together in a saucepan. Boil for 2 minutes. Add vanilla. Beat until slightly thick. Add oatmeal and peanut butter. Add 1/2 cup nuts, if desired. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cookie and brownie.
