Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 5 c
- water - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 4 Tbsp
- can Crisco shortening - 1 oz
How to make never fail pie crust:
Cut shortening into flour, mixed with sugar and salt. Beat egg with vinegar in 1-cup measure and add enough water to make a cup of liquid. Add this to flour and mix well. Refrigerate before using. Keeps up to 8 weeks.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
