- onion - 1 item
- roast - 1 lb
- brown gravy mixes - 2 item
- stew vegies mix - 1 item
How to make nana's pot roast:
Brown meat with onion, a little butter, salt and pepper. Pour water to top of meat and simmer all day on low.Make 2 brown gravy mixes. Put meat in a large pan with stew vegies around it. Pour gravy over it and put in the oven for 45 minutes at 300°.
