Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- chopped celery - 1/3 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- hamburger
- can kidney beans - 1 item
- taco sauce - 1 item
- nacho chips
How to make nachos:
Brown hamburger, onion and celery in a skillet. Add salt, soup and kidney beans to meat mixture and cook for 8 minutes at medium heat. Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with nacho chips. Pour meat mixture on top. Cover mixture with remaining chips; sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 425° for 8 to 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
