Mushroom pie
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- mushrooms - 1 lb
- flour scant - 2 Tbsp
How to make mushroom pie:
Saute onions in butter. Add mushrooms; cook 8 minutes or until juicy. Add flour and cheese.Grease pie tin or glass dish. Pour mushroom mixture into tin or glass dish.
Beat egg, add sour cream and pour over mushrooms. Bake at 325° (glass) or 350° (metal tin) for 20 minutes.
Serve slightly warm with large crackers and a spreading knife or spoon.
