- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- cream cheese, softened - 1 (8
- seasoned pepper - 1 tsp
- mushrooms, chopped - 1 lb
- sliced mushrooms garnish - 1 item
How to make mushroom pate:
Saute 1 pound mushrooms in butter until all liquid is absorbed. Cool. Position knife blade in food processor. Add mushrooms, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Process until smooth, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Spoon mixture into a greased loaf pRecipe categories: Appetizers, Mushroom, Spreads.
