Mulled cider
Ingredients/Components
- apple cider - 2 qt
- whole cloves - 8 item
- cinnamon sticks - 2 item
- firmly packed light brown sugar - 1 c
- ReaLemon juice from concentrate - 3/4 1
- rum optional - 3/4 c
How to make mulled cider:
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except rum and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes to blend flavors. Remove spices and add rum just before serving, if desired. Serve hot. Garnish with additional cinnamon sticks if desired.Recipe categories: Fruit, Apple, Drinks.
