Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- coconut - 2 c
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- crushed graham crackers - 1 pkg
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- peanut butter, heaped - 1 Tbsp
How to make mounds bars:
Mix first three ingredients. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°. Watch closely. Then mix next two items and pour over top of baked layer. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Cool. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter. Spread on top of coconut mixture.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
