- large chopped onion - 1 item
- Parmesan - 1 item
- hamburg - 1 lb
- mostaccioli noodles - 1 lb
- large chopped green pepper - 1 item
- spicy tomato sauce - 16 oz
- Velveeta, cut in thin slices - 1 lb
How to make mostaccioli:
Saute green pepper and onion in butter. Add hamburg and brown well. Stir in tomato sauce. Cook mostaccioli noodles. In a 2-quart casserole dish, arrange alternate layers of noodles, meat mixture and cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
