Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 12 item
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• granulated sugar - 4 c
• butter or margarine - 1 lb
• brown sugar - 2 lb
• baking soda - 8 tsp
• chocolate chips - 1 lb
• corn syrup - 1 Tbsp
• peanut butter - 3 lb
• oatmeal 1 large pkg - 18 c

How to make monster cookies:

In a large bowl or dishpan, beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients in order, mixing thoroughly (easiest to mix with your hands after the oatmeal goes in!). Use ice cream scoop to put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. The uncooked dough freezes well and cooks best when thawed to room temperature.
