  • sugar - 3 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour
  • water - 2/3 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • pumpkin - 2 c
  • vegetable oil - 1 c

How to make moist pumpkin bread:

Put all dry ingredients in bowl and add oil, water, pumpkin and eggs. Add nuts last. Grease and flour 5 small or 2 large baking pans. Divide batter into pans and bake 1 hour at 350° or until top is no longer moist.
