Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour
- water - 2/3 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- pumpkin - 2 c
- vegetable oil - 1 c
How to make moist pumpkin bread:
Put all dry ingredients in bowl and add oil, water, pumpkin and eggs. Add nuts last. Grease and flour 5 small or 2 large baking pans. Divide batter into pans and bake 1 hour at 350° or until top is no longer moist.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Vegetables.
