Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 3 c
- can frozen orange juice, thawed - 1 oz
- cranberry juice cocktail - 2 c
- can frozen lemonade, thawed - 1 oz
- bottles sparkling pink Catawba juice, chilled - 2 oz
How to make mock champagne punch:
In a large bowl, combine water and juice concentrates. Add cranberry juice and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves. Chill thoroughly before serving. Very slowly add sparkling Catawba juice; stir gently. Makes 24 (4 ounce) servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Drinks, Punch beverage.
