Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- water - 4 c
- orange juice - 2 c
- chilled ginger ale - 8 pt
- grape juice or pineapple juice - 4 c
How to make mock champagne:
Boil sugar and water for 3 minutes and cool. Add rest of the juices and chill. Just before serving, add chilled ginger ale. Makes 50 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Drinks.
