  • sugar - 1 c
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • Dream Whip - 4 pkg
  • 2 can crushed pineapple
  • juice from 2 lemons
  • Angel Flake coconut - 1 c
  • envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine - 2 item
  • large round angel food cake, broken in small pieces - 1 item

How to make snowball cake:

Mix gelatine with boiling water; add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple. Let stand in refrigerator until firming begins. Beat 2 packages Dream Whip; fold into mixture.

Put a layer of cake pieces in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour half of mixture over cake. Repeat with rest of cake and rest of mixture. Beat other 2 packages of Dream Whip. Spread over entire cake. Spread coconut over Dream Whip. Chill overnight.
